Made bespoke for you by our craftspeople with top quality yarns for durability; our dispatch times are a little longer than some mass producing companies (but well worth the wait!)

Lead Times
Our current dispatch window for all rugs is 6-8 weeks. Following this we send all packages with express shipping which arrives within 5 days.
For Tufting Supplies we dispatch within 2 days and use Standard UK shipping (2-3 days) and Standard International (5-7 days).
Delivery & Returns
We accept returns for items within 14 days of you receiving the item. Certain custom items are non-returnable.
